Resources. Putting ideas on paper and in presentations refines thinking, clarifies insights and starts discussions. Sharing knowledge is the first step towards collaborating on bigger ideas, greater knowledge and better solutions.
As described above, we believe strongly in the sharing of knowledge and we provide the articles, white papers and other resources as our contribution to this principle. We encourage you to use and share this information and we welcome questions, suggestions and other contributions. We do strongly request, however, proper attribution if you use our materials within your own works.
The organization of this resource section is a carryover from our previous website and we will redesign and reorganize it and its contents over the coming weeks and months to increase its usefulness and to better reflect our current research and areas of interest.
Our current resources are organized into four topical "knowledge centers" as follows:
Strategy - contains resources focused on business, IT and organizational strategy and best practice topics.
Product/Service Marketing - this center is aimed at the needs of product and service providers. It contains resources to help product/ service managers and markets. While currently, we plan on growing it steadily in coming months.
Sourcing - this center covers outsourcing, ASP, MSP and related sourcing topics from both the buyer and provider points of view. It contains numerous articles and papers on service level agreements and their associated metrics.
Wireless Technology - this center contains older articles are the use and implementation of mobile/wireless applications in the business environment. It has been keep as an example of our research and writing capabilities, but is no longer updated to keep pace with advances in mobile computing.
